Settle in and enjoy a wonderful stay at La Charmante des Vallons. This spacious, welcoming gîte and its charming stone annex with wood stove and relaxation area featuring a year-round heated spa are perfect for gathering with family or friends. Inside, you'll find a bright living area and a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals with local products from Vallons de l’Erdre and the Tuesday morning market. On the split level, the Beige bedroom offers two 90 cm beds that can be joined into a 180 cm bed. Upstairs, the Nature bedroom also features two 90 cm beds (convertible to 180 cm), while the Azure bedroom has a 140 cm bed. This floor also includes a bathroom and separate toilet. On the top floor, "La Bulle de Douceur" provides a large space with a 180 cm bed (or 2x90), private bathroom, and separate toilet. For larger groups, the mezzanine offers two extra beds. You can also add one or two 90 cm beds in "La Bulle de Douceur" to accommodate up to 12 guests, available for an extra fee. The natural stone annex houses a unique relaxation area with wood stove and a spa heated all year—a true haven for unwinding. Bring your own firewood or purchase it on site. Optional bed linen kit (beds made on arrival, bath and spa towels) and house linen kit (2 bath mats, 2 tea towels, 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 cleaning cloth) are available for an extra fee. The open, fully equipped kitchen lets you feel at home with modern comfort—perfect for preparing meals, perhaps with local products from the Erdre valleys or the Tuesday morning market. Outside, relax on the south-facing terrace overlooking a well-kept lawn and original well, leading to the outbuilding. Our unique highlight: in the natural stone outbuilding, with its original open fireplace, a spa awaits you for pure relaxation, even in winter. The house is peaceful, just 100 meters from the lake, yet right in the village center. You can walk to pick up fresh bread and croissants if you wish! For special occasions, a romantic package is available for an extra fee: a bed decorated with rose petals, scented candles, sparkling wine from Touraine, illuminated spa, and a wood stove fire.
